Our venison is available for Local Delivery (within 10 miles of HR2 9DG) or Collection from Wormbridge, Herefordshire.

At the moment we are not offering nationwide delivery of venison while we build the business. This allows us to guarantee freshness and maintain the highest standards of quality.

Local Delivery

We currently deliver within approximately 10 miles of:

1 Abergavenny Lodges, Wormbridge, Hereford, HR2 9DG

Local deliveries are made:

• Tuesday afternoons

• Thursday afternoons

Orders placed before 12:00pm on a delivery day will usually be delivered that same afternoon.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Delivery Charges

• £4 Local Delivery

• FREE on orders over £80

If nobody is home, your order may be left in a safe place.

All venison is packed in insulated packaging to help keep it chilled during delivery.

If you have a preferred safe place or delivery instructions, please leave them at checkout.

Fresh or Frozen?

Because we work with wild seasonal game, your venison may arrive fresh or frozen. Both are clearly labelled and vacuum packed for maximum freshness.

Collection

Collection is completely free. Once your order is ready you’ll receive an email letting you know it can be collected.

Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order. If you’d like to arrange a particular collection time, simply get in touch.

Our clothing is made to order, helping reduce waste and ensuring every garment is produced specifically for you.

Because of this, clothing orders usually take a little longer than buying from a large retailer.

Typical Production Time

Most orders are produced and dispatched within:

3–5 business days

Shipping times then depend on your delivery location.

Clothing Ships Separately

Please note that, clothing and merchandise are packed and shipped separately from venison products.

If your order contains both clothing and venison, you may receive:

• One delivery or collection for your venison

• A separate shipment for your clothing

This allows us to maintain food safety standards while ensuring your clothing arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Once your clothing order has been dispatched you’ll receive tracking information by email where available.

For local venison deliveries you’ll receive confirmation once your order is on its way.
